		<description>Bright sun.  If it is vinyl, I doubt it is wet inside.  The beans are Styrofoam and water can't penetrate them.  But if you think the inside is wet.  I would spread out a tarp in the yard in the sun.  Then dump the beans out onto the tarp. the Bag turn inside out and let the hot sun dry everything.  Beware of any wind though.
  After three or so hours then put the beans back in and you are good to go.
  You no those little bags that sometimes comes in pill bottles with descant drying agent?  If you can find some of that in about a fist size bag I would put that in the bag.  It will remove any moisture that might be left.   Good luck</description>
