HELP ! I want to change my room! HOW?

I really want to change my room. But i cant paint because where i live they dont allow any paint. They pay to paint it. And i cant buy things like shelives and beanbag chairs. I have a radio. I dont have a TV. only a laptop with no internet just a DVD player. How can i make it a cool hangout / bedroom. ? I need to do this tommorow ( 12 of november).

      put up some posters and a tent in door so it will make it so it more cool
